Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and clear return policy.

• Return Period: You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or a refund.

• Product Conditions: The garment must be returned in perfect condition:

• Unused and unwashed.

• With all original tags intact.

• In its original packaging.

• Important: Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, dirty, or show signs of wear.

• How to Return:

1. Send an email to Brahman.latam@gmail.com with the subject line "Return" and include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. Once approved, we will send you the instructions and the address for shipping the package.

3. Upon receiving the garment and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange or the full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 to 10 business days.

• Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning a product are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a Brahman error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
